Refund policy
Overview
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken or removed. If the seal is broken or removed, your order is final and cannot be returned. If you use your withdrawal right, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the total order amount, including shipping costs if you are living in the Netherlands. Anywhere else, your shipping costs will not be credited. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your account. These costs differ per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. Suppose you make use of your right of withdrawal. In that case, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please get in touch with us via info@masksolutions.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, click the link in your mail to access the return portal.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if returning more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
